Lacey Catarino

Lacey Catarino is the Founder and Executive Director of The Clean Love Project, which she started in her home in 2015. The organization was officially established as a 501c3 nonprofit in 2017 and is dedicated to helping women and young girls to feel clean, loved, and empowered. The organization mainly distributes hygiene kits in the Detroit area to those who are homeless, living in poverty, or are survivors of domestic violence, or human trafficking, but Lacey looks forward to additional growth in neighboring cities. Although Lacey’s background is in finance, her passion has always been philanthropy. She is continuously searching for ways to solve problems and help others.

Lacey has earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Madonna University, and a Master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Eastern Michigan University. She is dedicated to creating happiness and giving hope to women in need. Outside of her TCLP duties, Lacey loves being outdoors and stays active by running 5k's races, trail bike riding and relaxing at home with her family.
